An information meeting was held for students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Karabük University within the scope of SocialFest 2026, which will be organized under the leadership of Karabük University and hosted by Istanbul University.
During the meeting, students were informed about the objectives, scope, and participation processes of SocialFest 2026. Emphasis was placed on the importance of active student involvement, and general information was provided regarding academic and social activities planned as part of the festival.
The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat ÇINAR and Assist. Prof. Dr. Samet GÜVEN, Vice Deans of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as Res. Assist. Dr. Yasemin ERDOĞAN ÖZTÜRK, Faculty SocialFest Coordinator. The participants shared information on the activities to be carried out within the faculty and the roles that students may assume during the SocialFest 2026 process.
The meeting concluded in an interactive environment where students’ questions were addressed and opinions were exchanged.
