Student Feedback Meeting Held in the Department of Western Languages and Literatures

Our department organized a student feedback meeting to enable students to share their opinions, suggestions, and requests regarding the education and training processes. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Serdar ÖZTÜRK, Head of the Department of Western Languages and Literatures, the department management, and 8 student representatives from each grade level. Topics discussed included course delivery, class sizes, classroom conditions, program structure, exam practices, and academic and social activities.

Our students expressed their opinions, suggestions, and requests regarding class sizes, course efficiency, classroom infrastructure, and other issues, and made suggestions for strengthening communication within the department. The opinions and requests expressed at the meeting were compiled into a report to be submitted to the Department Management and Faculty Dean for evaluation. The department management emphasized the importance of student feedback in terms of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes and thanked the students for their contributions. It was stated that these meetings would be held regularly each semester to contribute to quality processes.
